Busy Day Brownies and Blondies


Brownies

2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Sifted Flour
4 eggs
1 Cup Melted Butter
2/3 Unsweetened Cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Chopped Pecans (optional)

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, combine all ingredients and beat just until blended. Spread mixture in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.

For Blondies: Add 1/4 Cup more Flour and 1/4 cup Brown Sugar. Do not add the Cocoa.
