Vegan Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Cookies
No Sugar Added!!!

Using flour with oatmeal and relying on a dash of maple syrup for sweetness, this no sugar added cookie recipe is a healthy dessert that will be sure to please every health-conscious cookie lover! This cookie is also quite low in calories.


1/3 cup peanut butter
2 ripe bananas (overripe is fine)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp soy milk (regular milk is fine too)
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 ½ cups quick cooking or rolled oatmeal
dash cinnamon (optional)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup raisins (optional)


In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Add peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.Fold in raisins.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done.
