So fast... i didn't even get a chance to take a picture of them... (not like me!) so i'll just have to make them again to get that picture for ya... mean while... make these for yourself... and just enjoy a bit of heaven...
(cuz everyone will think you ARE babe-o-licious when you make them these lovelies!)
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (Ghiradelli or Guittard are recommended. I used Hershey’s.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish (best size for the moistest brownies for this recipe).
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels. (if you don't like "bursts of chocolate" in your brownies, you can melt the chips and then mix the chocolate into the batter for a more evenly distributed taste . . . either way is delicious!) Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.
