LOWER-cal Tacos (aka, The LiteTaco Wrap)

Here's a fun option to making your PURE TACO HEAVEN even more figure friendly, and still getting your 'Mexican food fix'

In stead of shredding the Romaine lettuce, cut in large pieces... and sub for corn tortilla!
Also, use Brown rice in the Mexican rice recipe! just add one more cup of water, and cook 30 minutes longer.
and as always, use light or fat free sour cream!
