Sausage Soup

8 oz mild Italian sausage
2 tsp. olive oil
3/4 finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup water
1 c uncooked small pasta
1 cup chopped plum tomatoes
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
42 oz chicken stock

Remove casings from sausage and saute with onion, garlic and olive oil. When browned, add other ingredients and simmer, 10 minutes before serving, add pasta. Enjoy!

Note: I usually add more pasta to accommodate more people.
