Garden Veggies

Slice and dice your fresh veggies. Throw in chopped onion, 2 T olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (sometimes I'll use Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple), salt and pepper. Fry for 10-15 minutes uncovered on medium-high. It's a perfect summer side dish.
