This is a recipe post in reverse...
I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a marshmallow jell-o salad... it usually has pineapple in it, and marsh mellows and whip cream, i think?? It's usually green... I've seen it yellow too... I'd like the green one...if possible. ha.
help- I'd like to make it for a BBQ on July 11th.

Is this it?

1 large box pistachio pudding
2 8 oz cartons Cool Whip
2 cans crushed pineapple
3 cups mini marshmallows (the colored ones)

Mix pudding and pineapple including juice. Add marshmallows and stir in Cool Whip. Chill thoroughly.

(I looked in my Utah ward cookbook. If this isn't it, I can keep looking)

OK, I'm feeling a bit like Amelia Bedelia...

Question? Do i mix the pudding according to it's package then add the pineapple... or do i just mix the 'powder' in with the pineapple??

It's sad that i need someone to explain this VERY simple recipe to me...but i'm confused. Lets just blame it on my lack of sleep... yes, blame it on the cute baby.

I would say prepare the pudding according to the box, then add pineapple. That is what I would do.
