Honey Nutball Cookies
1 C. butter or margarine (I use butter)
2 T. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 C. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1/2 C. powdered sugar
2 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
plus additional powdered sugar to roll cookies in
Cream margarine, powdered sugar and honey together. Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts; blend well. Form into 1-inch balls and chill for 2 hours. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. While still warm, roll in sifted powdered sugar. Cool and roll again in powdered sugar. Enjoy!
