When Life Gives You Lemons

Make Coleslaw! What?

About a year ago I had left over shredded cabbage and carrots from making egg rolls. I had never made coleslaw and thought it would be a fun addition to my dinner that evening. I went online to check out recipes. I wasn't completely excited about the recipes so based on what I read I concocted my own recipe. Hope you like it.


1 16 oz Bag of Shredded Cabbage or Coleslaw mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup Mayo (if you want it less creamy use 3/4 cup)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/4-1/2 tsp Salt
