Dinner Rolls

This a my favorite recipe I have for rolls. It is one my mom has always made and has changed over the years to make just right.
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsn dry milk
  • 3 1/2 Tbsn sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsn butter
  • 2 tsp yeast
Put ingredients in bread machine in order above. Put bread machine on dough setting and let it do it's thing. When it's done roll the dough out. Cut into triangles and roll up like a croissant. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Cover with saran wrap and let rise until double in size. Then bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins. Makes about 18 rolls.
