- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2-4 cups fresh fruit (two for baking, two for topping with)
- optional: yogurt, milk, cream, ice cream
